About the OMERS Investment

In April 2014, Concert Infrastructure made an investment in the OMERS Infrastructure portfolio through a contractual return arrangement with OMERS Investment Management. The investment provides Concert Infrastructure with an annual rate of return generated by the OMERS Primary Pension Plan assets that are managed by OMERS Infrastructure. 

This is a unique investment that allows Concert Infrastructure’s unitholders access to financial returns from a portfolio of large, international, operating infrastructure assets that they otherwise could not have invested in directly. 

The infrastructure portfolio and discrete assets are directly owned and managed by OMERS Infrastructure.
