About the McMorgan Investment

The McMorgan Infrastructure Fund II is set up to primarily co-invest alongside OMERS Infrastructure in newly acquired and managed infrastructure investments. The strategy and investment vehicle are intended to provide Concert Infrastructure access to much larger infrastructure assets, in Canada and other markets, that would otherwise not be possible for Concert to pursue on its own.

McMorgan and Company has a 70-year history of serving as an investment vehicle for US based pension plans and shares a common goal with Concert Infrastructure and OMERS Infrastructure to invest in and develop infrastructure projects that deliver stable, long-term returns.

About Concert Infrastructure

Concert Infrastructure was founded in 2010 to partner with governments and invest in, develop and manage critical public infrastructure that strengthens the economic and social fabric of Canadian communities, while providing stable financial returns for our Canadian union and management pension plan unitholders.

The company has directly invested in and manages 12 public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects across four provinces and one territory in Canada, along with two investments in global infrastructure portfolios, resulting in an aggregate portfolio capitalization of $3.8 billion.
