About the Alberta Schools Alternative Procurement III

In September 2012, Concert Infrastructure secured the Alberta Schools Alternative Procurement III public-private partnerships project—requiring the design, build, finance, and maintenance of 12 schools across eight different communities in Alberta.

The schools comprise 710,000 square feet of new building space with a capacity for teaching up to 7,700 students.

The project is delivered using a public private partnership model with the Government of Alberta over a 30-year project concession term that concludes in 2044. The project has a contract value of $288.8 million.

Concert Infrastructure’s Involvement
