About the Alberta P3 Schools Bundle 7 (P3SB7) Project
In July 2026, Concert Infrastructure reached financial close on the Alberta P3 Schools Bundle 7 Project. The project includes seven new schools that will serve over 6,100 students across Edmonton, Calgary and Chestermere:
• New K–6 School – Glenridding Heights, Edmonton Public School Division
• New K–9 School – Laurel, Edmonton Catholic School Division
• New Grade 7–9 School – McConachie Pilot Sound, Edmonton Public School Division
• New K–9 School – River's Edge, Edmonton Catholic School Division
• New K–6 School – Redstone, Calgary Catholic School Division
• New K–5 School – Redstone, Calgary Public School Division
• New K–9 School – Chestermere, Rocky View School Division
Through a Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) delivery model, the project integrates design, construction, financing and long-term maintenance responsibilities for seven schools under a single contract. This approach supports accountability, lifecycle performance and cost certainty throughout the concession period. The schools will remain publicly owned.
